- $30.00 to $49.99 ... $8.50
- $50.00 to $99.99 ... $10.50
- $100.00 to $159.99 ... $13.50
- $160.00 and over ... FREE SHIPPING
Back Orders and Out of Stock Items
We hate these things as much as you do, but with our large selection of items, they are sometimes unavoidable. When we have an item that is out of stock, you will be notified of the expected ship date for that backordered item. If you prefer not to wait for its arrival, simply request a refund for the item not shipped.
Our Return Policy
Your complete satisfaction is important to us! We have carefully chosen only those products we feel are of the highest quality to discerning needlecrafters. Every effort is made to present yarn, fabric, thread and floss colors accurately. Variations in color may occur because these items are dyed in lots, in addition to computer monitors rendering colors differently.
All merchandise returns, with exception to the items listed below, must be made within 30 days and presented in original unopened packaging, with the label intact and in resalable condition. Credit will be issued to the same card used for your original purchase.
All returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. The following items cannot be returned:
- knitting needles and crochet hooks
- Books, patterns, floss and thread
- Opened kits
- Cut batting and fabric
For your knitting or crocheting needs, we recommend you purchase all yarn to complete your project. If necessary to return yarn, it must be received with original label intact and in resalable condition within 6 months of your purchase.
