"Block-A-Month" Quilts

Saturday Quilt Sampler “Washington Medallion” BOM Our new 12 month series suited to beginning quilters. This BOM has tips and techniques to simplify this stunning quilt. While the quilt blocks look intricate, the instructions break down all the nits into manageable, makeable units. The patterns are aimed at teaching lessons, from accurate piecing to making setting triangles, inserting floaters, making borders fit, and using paper foundation piecing. A primer on using paper foundation is included with block 1. The finished quilt top measures 84 ½”square. This group will meet the 2nd Saturday of each month from 10:30-11:00 for 12 months (beginning in May).
Remember: Each month’s, pattern and instruction costs $5.00 and once you’ve committed to this BOM, your credit card will be automatically charged for that month’s block if you aren’t in the shop to pay for each session in person.
